FAQs

  • Our policy requires booking and rescheduling appointments at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Guests may cancel/reschedule their booking until 48 hours before the booking start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their booking price.

    Guests may cancel/reschedule their booking between 48 hours and 24 hours before the booking start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their booking price.

    Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable.

  • At the time, the warehouse space does not have central air conditioning and is subject to outdoor weather conditions. Currently, we are using large fans, to circulate and cool the space as well as natural gas heater unit to warm it.

  • We have lots of props to choose from and they are included with the standard rental. During our share space (9am-5pm) props are first come first serve.

  • Yes, you and your party may arrive early to bring in your items and wait in the public lounge areas. Please refrain from going to your set until your appointment time. Makeup, hair, prep must be done beforehand or included into you booking time.

  • You may book additional sets which will give you more room, number of people allowed, additional lighting, and more options to photograph/film against.

  • Yes, if there is no booking on your set afterwards, you may book additional time.
