48-Hour Advance Booking: All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Booking a set reserves that specific set only. Changing sets during your appointment is not allowed unless you book multiple sets simultaneously. We are by appointment only. You are responsible for your time. Any overages over 15 minutes will be automatically charged an additional hour.

Each booking has a limited number of people allowed to prevent overcrowding. The group limit applies to the entire warehouse including parking. Your party may only have up to 5 people total per set you book. This includes photographers, videographers, models, makeup artist, hair stylist, wardrobe stylist,talents, clients, friends and family, children, etc. Extra guest are not allowed on the premises even if they are not on the set.

We encourage socializing and networking—this is a shared creative environment. However, please be respectful of others’ space and time. Do not disturb anyone who prefers privacy during their session.

Each set comes with one amaran 200x led light. Additional lights can be added for $25. Taking additional lights without permission will result in an automatic charge. We will not be responsible for notifying of this charge as you normally have to go out of your way to access a closed off set to gain access to additional lights.

During shared space bookings, nudity is not allowed unless your party is the only booking. Cover up while moving around common areas. Consider booking the entire warehouse for privacy.

The studio is not soundproofed and is located near the 45 freeway. If audio recording is essential, consider booking the entire warehouse for privacy. During shared space bookings, we do not manage noise levels from fans, music, or group conversations. Excessive noise will be addressed.

While we do allow children in the studio, be aware that other productions going during share space option may not be appropriate. Warehouse condtions are also not safe for childrens

Set Condition: All sets are initially empty spaces. Props and support equipment are included but must be returned to their original locations before your session ends for the next user.

Messy Concepts: Messy concepts (e.g., paint, fake blood, glitter, excessive oils, waxes, smoke bombs, etc.) are not allowed unless pre-approved.

Cleaning Charge: Failure to comply with these rules may result in a minimum cleaning charge of $150 or more.

Limited parking is available at the front, and street parking is available in the rear.

Vehicle Access: Due to the steep access ramp, only higher vehicles may enter the warehouse without undercarriage damage. Standard height trucks, SUVs, and vans without tow hitches can typically access Studio One.

Effects: During shared space bookings, effects that interfere with other bookings (e.g., fog/haze machines) are not allowed.

Studio Blackout: For controlled lighting or projector use, the studio can be blacked out from natural light. This option is primarily available for full warehouse bookings or when you are the only booking occupying the space.

Guests may cancel/reschedule their booking until 48 hours before the booking start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their booking price.

Booking cancellations submitted less than 48 hours before the booking start time are not refundable.

At the time, the warehouse space does not have central air conditioning and is subject to outdoor weather conditions. Currently, we are using large fans, to circulate and cool the space as well as natural gas heater unit to warm it.

We have lots of props to choose from and they are included with the standard rental. During our share space (9am-5pm) props are first come first serve.

Yes, you and your party may arrive 15 early to bring in your items and wait in the common areas. Please refrain from going to your set until your appointment time. Makeup, hair, prep must be done beforehand or included into you booking time.

You may book additional sets which will give you more room, number of people allowed, additional lighting, and more options to photograph/film against.

Yes, if there is no booking on your set afterwards, you may book additional time.
