BOOK INSIDE 48 HOURS

If the studio is already open for the hours you want, book them instantly. Need a different time? Tap it to request, and we’ll text you back. A request isn’t a guarantee — the studio may be unavailable even when the calendar looks open.

CANCEL WORRY-FREE

Plans change? Cancel an individual set before your session and the full value comes back as studio credit — automatically. Full-warehouse bookings are the one exception: cancelled inside 48 hours they carry a 25% late cancellation fee, with the rest returned as credit — the whole building comes off the calendar and can’t be re-booked at short notice.

NEVER LOSE MONEY

Even a true no-show can be credited on request. Your money stays in the building for the next shoot.

Why a request may not be approved
  • No one is available to open or prepare the set at that time
  • The set or studio is booked, held, or being prepared for another session
  • Not enough lead time to get the space ready
  • Cleaning, turnover, maintenance, renovation, or a private event
  • The account isn’t in good standing

If we can’t approve a request we’ll text and email you, and you’re welcome to ask for another time. Plus is for genuine changes of plans — see fair use and the full Plus terms.
