When you make a booking through our website, we collect:

• —Full name
• —Email address
• —Phone number
• —Payment information (processed securely by Square — we do not store card numbers)
• —Booking details (date, time, set, add-ons)
• —Any notes or special requests you provide

When you create an account, we also collect:

• —Your login details — an email and password, or your name and email from Google or Apple if you choose “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Apple” (if you use Apple’s “Hide My Email,” we only receive the private relay address)
• —Profile details you choose to add — photo, bio, roles, Instagram handle, links and portfolio images
• —Messages you send to other members, castings you post or apply to, and members you follow
• —Studio credit and Plus membership status

If you allow notifications in the app, we store a device token so we can send you booking and message alerts. You can turn these off at any time in your phone’s settings.

When you use the member community (creative directory, profiles, portfolios, messages and castings) while signed in, we also record how it is used: searches and filters, which profiles and castings are viewed, portfolio photos opened, and buttons clicked (such as Message, Follow or Instagram). We use this only to improve the community features. We do not record the content of your messages for this purpose, and this activity data is deleted after 12 months.

We use your information to:

• —Confirm and manage your studio booking
• —Send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and session notifications via SMS and email
• —Process payments and handle any overages or additional charges
• —Respond to your questions or requests
• —Improve our services

By submitting a booking through madekulture.com, you agree to receive text messages from Made Kulture at the phone number you provide. These messages may include:

• —Booking confirmations
• —Appointment reminders
• —Session notifications
• —Important updates about your reservation

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

We will never sell your phone number or use it for marketing purposes unrelated to your booking. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.

All payments are processed by Square. We store a reference to your payment method on file solely for the purpose of charging any applicable session overages. We do not store your full card number. Square’s privacy policy applies to the processing of your payment data: squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• —Square — to process payments
• —Twilio — to send SMS notifications
• —Google and Apple — only if you choose to sign in with them, and to deliver app notifications
• —Supabase and Vercel — to host our website, app and database
• —As required by law

We retain booking records for up to 3 years for business and tax purposes.

Deleting your account: you can delete your account at any time in the app or on the website under Settings → Login & Security → Delete account. This permanently removes your login, profile, directory listing, portfolio, messages, saved cards and studio credit. Past booking records are kept for the period above. You may also request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at teddytran@madekulture.com.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
